TERMS OF SERVICE
COMMISSIONS & CUSTOMS TOS
1.) payment is via Ko-fi or Cashapp ONLY. (my prices are stated in USD) cashapp is preferred! you must be 16 or older to commission me.2.) i have the right to decline a commission if it's out of my artistic abilities/comfort zone.3.) payment is upfront. you may choose to pay in phases up until the commission is completed.4.) asking for refunds after finished artwork(s) is prohibited. half refunds are acceptable if the commission is half completed up until the point of request.5.) your commission will be posted online and properly credited once it is completed. please tell me if you’d like it kept private. if you are to upload my art anywhere, please credit me accordingly!6.) PLEASE send me clear references (images) of what you want drawn! walls of texts are not enough for me. this includes POSES. you can even draw a silly stickfigure as long as it gets the point across!7.) my turnaround times vary drastically. this is something i am improving on, but please have patience with me! no commission of mine should take longer than 6 months to complete. updates about your commission will be frequent as possible!8.) you may request to be put on a waitlist until my queue reopens. you will be messaged when it reopens and first priority. if i do not receive a message within a week after contact your waitlist priority will be ignored.9.) all commissioned artwork(s) is for personal use only. NFT minting & ai generation of my artworks is prohibited.10.) i will draw personal works in-between commissions. this does not mean i won't complete your commission, but i ask that i'll need time to draw for myself too! if this upsets you in anyway, please do not commission me.

TOYHOUSE & DESIGNS TOS
my premade designs can be found here! you don't need a toyhouse account to purchase any of my designs.
1.) you are free to gift, resell and trade any of my designs. if you choose to sell any of my designs that you bought from me, please do not oversell them without putting proper value to them first. you may not turn any of my designs into NFTs. designs bought from me are for personal use only!2. ) you are free to make any changes to their designs but i MUST be credited for their original design regardless.3.) do not discredit me from a character's design under any circumstances.4.) deleting my designs off toyhouse without explicit permission is prohibited.
you have the freedom to do whatever you wish with any of my designs so long as you follow the above! if you have any questions, please ask!
WHAT'S FAIR GAME?
artworks i'm willing to complete that contain the following:
pokémon (anthro & feral)
anthro & feral animals (of any species, mammals preferred)
humans
splatoon (included weapons may come at an extra cost.)
character interactions
blood & mild violence
bright colors & eyestrain
horror
naughty stuff (this is currently limited to friends only) (you MUST BE 18+ to request this. I request proof that you are 18+.) no feral animal or underaged characters. upon request i will link you to a google doc that contains my guidelines!
NO CAN DO!
artwork prompts that contain any of the following will be declined:
heavy armory & mech or complicated designs
complex backgrounds (full scenes)
real people
drugs & alcohol
abuse & mistreatment towards a character
intense gore
fetish art (regardless if sfw)
anything hateful or problematic

*artworks are currently limited to one character only at this time.
+10$ USD per added character in a single piece. (1 extra characters maximum.)
simplistic/abstract backgrounds are free if asked for. i don't do full scenes.
weapons and such may come at an extra cost (maximum will be 5$) depending on complexity. small items like cups or gifts will not require any additional charges. these are limited to 1-3 small items.
